User complaints on their BBB listing, which also reveals the company identity as ClipTrip, LLC, indicatyes patterns of fraudulent activity, such as:
- Selling bogus flight reservations and dismissing all valid complaints as “fake”
- Fraudulently representing their services as being done on behalf of United Airlines
