They're pretty ruthless and upsell shamelessly even if what they're taking is your last penny. I have a sneaking suspicion that they're Geeks America/Geeks Tech Support but I could be wrong. Posting this here in the hopes someone can connect them to other known scam organizations.

You may be right. Geeks America. At least we know it is the same city in both cases, Chandigarh, Punjab, India

@drwat not only clickstree but done some research on her shes not only had clickstree but also potentially lightwey LLC which has been active since this year and she had a lot of companys that stop working most of them after 4 years
