Just a small clarification regarding the pop-ups I find. (And I think I speak for others who find them as well, at least to some degree). If and when I find pop-ups, I immediately call them to see if they’re working. I have no idea how long they will continue working or how long they have been active by the time I find them. There have been many times where I find active links, but the number no longer works (or never did). And vice versa, I have come across old numbers which are still active, but the links no longer work (this is kind of rare). I’m sure there are many reasons why the scammers and the directors of these call centers decide to make these active or take them offline. I’m sure those reasons have been discussed on here before. That is not my concern. I prefer just to make an effort on my free time finding these links/numbers. I also on occasion post “callback numbers”. These are numbers that call me back after I call the pop up number and hang up to see if its active. Sometimes they are valid numbers, sometimes they are invalid spoofed numbers. I only post the valid ones. These may or may not have a link associated with them, this is unknown to me at the time. Also, I have noticed that some numbers don’t allow calls from a particular area code, time zone, or calling app (i.e. Google Voice), but when I call with another app (i.e. TextNow, etc.) I tend to get through. I assure you that the numbers I post are ACTIVE and that a scammer answers on the other end. How long they remain active I cannot know. -Joe
