Extra Info: Douchebag called me in the middle of putting in a crazy back and Bi’s day, and ruined it with how he’s an “Investigator” with the North Carolina DOJ. Told him I’d talk to him later, and I was stressing till he started texting me, and I realized the dickhead was a fraud when he threatened me with a warrant
Please give him hell he ruined my day, identifies himself as “Thomas Clark” but has an African American sounding voice. Thanks u guys, I used to love doing this stuff back in my day but I lost the taste for it so I wanted other people to have fun with this one.

My son and I just had the same situation, from the same phone number, name and cash app handle… we reported it to Cash app as a scam and they are investigating it
