Extra Info: They texted my parents about suspicious account activity which is very false in which they don’t even have a citizen’s account. “We suspected an unusual activity on your Citizen account. Please click the link: https://chachitas.comco/citizen for full management of account.” They didn’t add your at the end so it may be someone in the Indian region. Also, the links inside the website with the drop-down arrows do not work which was probably an error in the coding.
The contact us down word error doesn’t work either so I don’t know how to possibly contact them. MAybe you guys
can find out.

Seems none of the links work, so either they haven’t finished coding it or they purposely left them unusable. I see many scammer websites that leave links unusable.
I noticed that. IS there any way there could be a hidden phone number in the developer tools section of your browser?
I am looking into that now and as a warning to everyone, the number at the bottom (800-942-8300) is the real Citizens number, so don’t call it.
Didn’t find anything in the way of contacting the scammers from that website. Seems to be used strictly to phish account info. I went through each page with fake info and the last one wouldn’t complete itself as the “continue button” remained greyed out. They might be getting ready to abandon it or update it, as it is about to expire soon.
