Additional Information About This Scam: This was a number found on validnumber with an alert about Citibank.
I called and yes they are impersonating Citibank, the scammer “Marcus” requested my CC and I obliged.
Then I started receiving texts to link up that CC to a GooglePay account.
Basically they want to steal your CC so they can set up a digital wallet and steal from you this way.
