Extra Info: I have been calling them a lot over the past year, but no luck with myself and my friends. BBB ratings and their google listing shows clearly it is fake. Have at it!

Unfortunately ratings and reviews do not necessarily prove it’s a scam. If that was the case, pretty much most major airlines would be on this site as well.
However, asides from this account there is not much “suspicious” stuff this company has done. No impersonation, the usual, etc. Even the account is not much either, it was made and posted on a website for boosting ones own company, and from what I can see the posts do not say they are, but help with booking and any other booking related questions regarding the airlines they mention.
That being said, there is no evidence of this company being a scam. However, if you want leads to find other travel scams, the website I mentioned seems to have a bad spam filter so if you go here you might find some good leads
