Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do about phishing scams but you may try to call or text them back.
We can report them to their host, registrar, etc. and flag to Google Safe Browsing.
Most registrars and hosts are inactive to abuse reports. My reports to Google Safe Browsing never work.
