Always Rowlett, TX. It is a nice little town near me. I wonder if they know that they have such huge drug dealers there.

When I told him my husband was on the account, he hung up because they don’t want anybody else involved that may put a damper on their theft.

Somebody opened an account without my DL, SSN, and birth certificate. They hacked my IP address. I cannot believe people fall for this.

I must have not left him anymore of his heart to play with for awhile…

I reported them to Charles Schwab and she said they have notified all their clients about this scam. Good to know they are on top of it. So there is no excuse for any customer to get scammed. If they do, it is their own fault.

I can affirm that they in fact did. I have a minor investment portfolio with them and they did send a notification last week to their credit.
