The scammers sent an unwanted robocall to my PBX number on the behalf of their American broker, which was identified as Century Benefits, an insurance agency that operates out of the Jefferson Office Park at 2110 SW Jefferson St #300, Portland, OR 97201.
User complaints on their BBB and Google listings indicate patterns of fraudulent activity, such as
- Sending fraudulent mailers to elderly victims, falsely claiming they were their “new agent for healthcare”
- Sending TCPA-violating cold calls and refusing to take responsibility for it
- Randomly cancelling insurance plans due to “under writer issues”
