I’m not a veteran so I don’t know how to get locations and detailed information. This scam targets Arabs from the country of Bahrain. The “operators” are all Pakistani.

(they're so lazy they didn't even bother hiding the fact that their number is Pakistani)
This is how the scam goes. Nothing special:
1. Number calls you and operator says that you won a cash prize.
2. They ask for you CPR number (sort of like a social security number).
3. They give you a "winning ticket" number.
4. They then blatantly ask for you credit card information.
