Additional information about this scam: I did not call this. I don’t have enough familiarity with CASH app scammers.
Called it, rings a few times and drops.
It is only minutes old to my phone. Scammers do some really stupid stuff.
When I originally called it, a guy answered in a very low voice, muted un- muted and then hangs up
