I heard the same background noise as in @FIREFIGHTER619’s recording. It sounded like the vibration on a phone repeating at least 10 times.
HAHHA… they are upset the minute I asked it is CashApp support. Have a recording which obscene. not sure I can post that here. 
I have a feeling that was some one was calling possibly his personal phone.
I’d give it a try. I’ve put a PCH scammer’s naughty language one here. I think as long as they’re not saying anything racist it should be ok.
