There a report on a site about this number, and when I called it the dude answered. Dominican and wants 2500. Sent me several Zelles and a receiver in DR.
Note: his name is William. William is very stupid… one of his mules was his family member 
Weird how William is a tough guy to threaten someone, but as soon as I called him out by name and sent him his own photo deafening silence occurs.
