I come to you with a nice little story from an alleged national carpet cleaner based from Mesa, AZ who actually just subcontracts then refuses to pay independent and small-time carpet cleaning firms. They also often overcharge customers, cold call, and pressure them into availing of their alleged services. Their primary ‘customer base’ are the elderly and they vulnerable.
