Ah… yes, this company just recently recently rebranded, they used to go by Royal Seas Cruises and before that by “Holiday Cruise Line”. Now everything has been changed to Grand Caribbean. I’ve been calling them since 2014, they’re ruthless and there are tons of toll-free number out there that lead directly to them.
Where are these guys at? They sound american for sure. Someone spent some serious time on that IVR…you can ask about sports and everything lol
When I got routed to a real person I tried to tell him he was working for a shady computer but he wouldn’t have it.
Grand Caribbean Cruises won’t stop calling me! And, it’s always from a different local number that serves a voicemail if you call back. Today, they gave me this as a callback number 1-888-209-0379 but said I wouldn’t be able to get the free cruise at that number. As soon as I hang up with them, the free cruise offer is gone 
Is this a scammer number 1-888-209-0379?
It could be the number to a legitimate company that they just give out.
