After accepting one of the scam “Card Services” calls and feeding them with a plethora of fake information, I was able to get a working toll-free number to call them back. 888-907-1285 Let 'em have it.
Careful, this may be a spoofed 888 number. Calling them gets you to an American, from a Compliance department. I didnt dig deeper.
It’s confirmed. When asking about the fake name the Indian robocallers were given, they confirm the results. When trying to ask for their information (full company name, etc.) they become very evasive and hang up.
If they are in fact a "legitimate" company, they're using overseas scammers to lead generate for their "services" and are part of the problem.
I retract my previous statement – this is certainly a scam. I was hung up on when I gave a bogus name that wasnt in their system. Once I called back and asked why was I hung up on, they hung up on me again. The person’s name is Mia, who answered the phone. They also wont tell you who the company is, other than they provide “discount services” as Mia stated. Game on.

I got the feeling the people working there know its a scam and hate what they are doing. You can get a sense of gloom and doom with them.
