We are moving our services from the US to the UK and won’t be able to provide your services any longer. That is why we are providing you the refund. “Oh great, I’ll give you my address and you can send me a check”. No mam, we do not do checks - we are an online company and you need to do it through your computer. “Oh my, can I do it through my iPad?”. No mam, it needs to be a 52 (yes, 52) bit computer like a desktop or laptop. “Well that is going to be a problem as I sold my computer last month and only use my iPad now”. Then we will have to figure out something else. “Something else? Who do I need to talk to?”. Call back when you have a computer mam.
