They try so hard to be legit but require a down payment of $395 before they will even let you view the “contract”. “Oh not to worry” they say, “If you don’t like it you can always get your money back - you just have to call and cancel”
Kept them on the phone for about 17 minutes asking them all sorts of inane questions about what was covered, what wasn't covered, etc. Of course it breaks down as soon as you request a document showing warranty coverage. They claim they are unable to send it due to the time sensitive nature of the request. Apparently even email would take too long to send because the offer expires as soon as I hang up the phone lol.
So now I'm just contenting myself to use my auto-redial app to low-effort annoy them while I work. Its the same voice who answers almost every time but the name changes frequently.
