I have tried literally any and every website, trying to find a scammer number that will pick up! I don’t know if it is my phone or that they all shut their numbers down. Do they do that though? I just really want to get to wasting the time of people who waste ours…and I can’t.
A lot of scammers are off on sunday, or you’re having a problem with your (scambaiting) phone.
I tend to make my calls after 9pm pacific and yes most are closed. Make a list of 100 numbers though, be persistent, and I promise you will get some answers at ANY time on ANY day. Just gotta be persistent 
Be sure to use a RTC service and not a personal phone number (I recommend FireRTC), and to change your number often. I believe that Granny posted a list of some known websites that hold fake Tech Sites w/ numbers.
