My experience is the CSSA aka Service Canada SIN scam is the number seems to only stay up for a day, and it’s gone. It is a very hit and run grift, unlike the CRA scam that have a working number much longer. The script is geographically challenged at best. That being said Service Canada scams is my favourite one to abuse, followed by CRA. I love starting with; “Bonjour, parlez-vous français? Je ne parle pas anglais!” Unlike the real Canadian Government who will serve me in either English or French the scammers will demand I speak English, I ask why they can’t serve me in French I have had the following replies;

This is Canada not France, we speak English here.
Speak English or we will have the RCMPs arrest you and deport you to Nigeria...
I will callerID spoof their own intake number, and if I call enough they often will rage and block that number... LOL
