Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “David” ran the “tree” command in the Command Prompt before asking for my name, contact details and card information via Notepad.
- “David” hung up when asking to place the call on hold, but did call back before asking me to complete my payment on the Stripe payment portal for CAN-US Expert Tek Solutions, Inc. I refused to pay, instead playing the Bhenchod Song.

CAN-US Expert Tek Solutions, Inc. is a fraudulent web design company that’s been on our radar since October 30, 2020. Their SquareSpace domain has been registered by Densinium in Delhi since November 7, 2021. - Whois canusexperttekinc.com
While they falsely claim to operate from Surrey, British Colombia, Canada, they appear to be an American front for Interweave Security & Allied Services Private Limited at the Budheswari Guest House at Plot No 44, Budheswari Colony, Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751006, India.
The company, as CAN-US Expert Tek Solutions, is listed on the BBB scam tracker after a victim was unable to receive a refund after paying for services to update their GPS.
