  1. scammer buys a domain
  2. scammer puts a HTML copy template with their number on a public webserver
  3. scammer sets up SEO and ads on Google
  4. victim finds popup and call number
  5. scammer says some bullshit and gets the scammer access to PC
  6. scammer sells some bullshit subscription package to victim and gets credit card info

that’s how the scam goes
