What exactly do you need it for? If you just want to look at connections while connecting, Wireshark works.
originally it was to monitor my net to see if anyone was connecting as we were using shitloads of data. so really just to keep an eye on it in case someone learns to access my connection.
@Loony22 I Have used glasswire before and it’s depends on your Operating system.
I Prefer opensnitch on Linux it’s free, Open source and a pain in the ass if you miss the 15 second window to allow a connection (I set until next reboot).
On Mac: LuLu/Little Snitch works fine
