Calling the Amazon Refund Department by Using an TTS-Soundboard System

I was thinking the other day if there are any TTS-Soundboard Softwares that I can use to call Amazon Refund Scammers.

I watched Malcolm's "10k Subscriber Special - QnA" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTOokniqAFo where he talked about how he's able to use a TTS-Soundboard software that has a feature to add more lines on the soundborad.

Also if I'm calling the scammers, I'd need a scammer text cheet in hand to answer with common resposnes to their questions.
