They said they were a debt resolution company, called US Savings. A group of banks which of course I can find nowhere. RIght. They found my fake account. These folks are amazing. They have no math skills either. Half of 45,000 is 20, 000. He talked so fast I could barely understand him with his heavy accent.

Connected me to an American at Resolve Finance. I asked why the first dude told me it was US Savings Bank. I DON"T KNOW. I asked why they were using an Indian call center with people who could barely speak English or understand it. I DON"T KNOW. I told him I would never do business with a company who has these people as their first point of contact.

Trying to get these people to send you an email is like pulling teeth with tweezers. When I call back about not receiving it, they ask all the same stupid questions over again. And yes, they deduct your payment of your loan DAILY out of your checking. I asked how would they ever collect this loan if I closed my bank account after receiving the funds and with no collateral required. UMMMMMMMâŚ

They always say that they are sending me an email yet they never do. I cannot figure how they do business at all. And they say they take your payment out of your checking account DAILY. Who does that for real?

Did I ever tell you that I got the information, including the personal phone number of the guy who owns Synergy Finance? He is a New Yorker, American guy and he was quite concerned as to how I got his home address, real name and actual home phone number.

They are supposed to send an email but they never do. WHen I call back and ask to speak to the same agent, they cannot transfer. So then I have to answer all the same stupid questions again. I never get the email. So I call back and I cannot get that agent so I have to answer the same questions again. I cannot even imagine being a business owner and having to deal with this garbage.

Got the fake underwriters real direct line. 917-756-5131. He could barely speak English. He said the interest rate was 20 percent for 18 months with a credit score of 814. I laughed at him and called him a few nice names. He was too dumb to realize that Alice was not my real name and that it was a Textnow number even though he left a message on it. He was really really pissed. Sounded oriental to me but I am usually wrong about accents.
