Didn’t seem like putting this in scams was the right place- although I assure you ezcontacts.com is indeed a shady, scammy, scummy company.
Do not buy contacts from this website.
THE SCAM (Tl;DR at end):
-Customer is promised extremely low priced eyewear or contacts
-Customer purchases the product, website marks it as "FULLY SHIPPED" a day or two later
-Typical customer will take this at face value
-Weeks go by, where are my glasses, I need to be able to see
-You look at your order further, realize you can click the text that says "FULLY SHIPPED", only to discover that your order is actually supposedly being processed at a warehouse
-Typical customer will now either shrug this off or begin emailing and calling
-Customer service rep claims the item is out of stock, but only if you call them
-Customer service rep will magically proclaim that they are now in stock, ONLY after the customer demands a refund or threatens to have their bank cancel the charge
-You're fucked, you just waited forever for your contacts, and you might have even gotten so frustrated that you give up, and now these bastards just got to keep your money and not send you jack shit

TL;DR- Your order is marked shipped, it's never shipped until you hag the customer service people out, otherwise I assume they just keep your money.
Many if not most of the online reviews are very obviously faked. The real reviews are all customers who shared the experience I did.
EZContacts reawakened a very deep and seething unkindness I have for scammers and frauds. Anyone have any info on this shady scam ? They only sent me my product after I told them I'd just have my bank cancel the charge if they planned to play dumb. When it arrived, the packaging was faded as if it had been in the sun for years, and they were packed in some very cheap flimsy cardboard that actually had gaps in it (not sure if I should fault the post or EZcontacts for this)
