Just got home from school to be graced by a call automessage from bt that my internet has been hacked it’s one of them press one to be transferred and for starters I’m not with bt
Also question would it charge me to press one

Those BT Telecom scammers are from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. They also scam Telstra customers in Australia.
