Wouldn’t it be a shame if somebody were to put the contact details for that other Coronavirus scam into the contact information box on the website for this scam? Maybe even went and got the details for a bunch of other scammers and put that in there too?

Yes that is a good tactic for all merchant cash advance scammers.
They are using formmail.com as their e-mail relay… so you can report them there.
Form sends two hidden values along with contact info:
