I’m not entirely sure what form of scamming it is, I recently followed through with it and ended up with an app which claimed and very much performed as a wiki, but it didn’t seem to be using wikipedia, it seemed hand written. It had no certificate but made no adverse effects to cpu or anything, but then windows defence randomly quarantined it and I decided to delete it…
Maybe not the most useful or important response but I find it weird how it seemed to be a non profit download with no adverse effects…
