So I didn’t know where to post this or have any idea who to ask. I can’t get the scammers to hear me with the bobrtc app. Each time I click a number, my iphone always asks if bobrtc can use the microphone, I always say yes, and the scammers can’t hear me. Any advice on what to do?

@Scamtheman86#119856 This is a known problem and unfortunately there isn’t currently a good solution, but there are two to try at least. The first is using an external microphone (if possible) and plugging it into either your iPhone’s analog audio jack, or using the 3.5 audio jack to lightning adapter; as this problem only exists with the iPhone’s built in microphone. Finally (if you haven’t already tried this), use a browser such as FireFox or Chrome instead of Safari.
Hopefully one of these works, but let me know if not.
Thank you

@Scamtheman86#119890 I’m afraid the only solution is try an external microphone (and speakers if necessary). I know not everyone has these capabilities, but this should make things work. And as @drwat#119906 said above, a Bluetooth microphone/headset would work as well, it just can’t function properly with the built-in hardware.
Sorry.
