To make using BobRTC easier and to also help with our users who are blind, we've added 10-key support to BobRTC.
If you are using a full size keyboard the 0-9, . * and / keys on the numeric keypad will trigger DTMF tones during a call. You can use this to answer IVR prompts or summon bots.
The / key will send a DTMF # signal
The multiplication sign key will send a DTMF (star) signal
The . key (next to 0) will send a DTMF # signal
If you are on a keyboard without a 10-key numeric pad you can still use the 0-9 keys.
Use RETURN/ENTER key to hangup or dial. This method will use the last mode you were in with the call to dial---so if you were using DialParty, it will re-trigger DialParty.
If you have your cursor focused in the BobRTC chat while on a dial page, the feature will be turned off during your call. Click outside the chat window to any blank area of the page to turn the feature back on.
For those of you like me who are into speed, this will come in very very handy.
