(866) 774-6223 is a RingCentral line that I will bait with a Virtual Machine.
HIGHLIGHTS FROM VIRTUAL MACHINE BAIT:
- Callers are asked to press any button before being transferred to their “agents,” who asked for my name and ZIP code before claiming that two additional accounts were registered in California under your name (6742, 7028) for fraudulent transactions in Mexico, Colombia and $4,500 to Jennifer Brown in Texas.
- As my case was one of “identity theft,” “Jason (5375L09)” forwarded my call to “Officer Eric Shaman (028495)” with the “higher authorities of the Social Security Advisory Board.” I was then asked to send a photo of my ID, but told me to fuck off.
They are very suspicious.
