Red flag on my BoA credit card! Scammers are trying to get CCs and sensitive info like SSNs.

Active at 803PM EST!!! SSA-like scam.
He asks me whom I want to talk to, I said Sam… he is going to check on that.
He asks if I want to speak to anyone. I said transfer me to anyone available. Some moron got on and asked for a case number. I gave 4282962… he says, Yes we have your case which has multiple accounts with your name.
He wanted me to spell my address. How does one spell an address? 
they are very slow and sleepy…
