This certainly is one shady domain. I have been visiting a lot of IRS debt relief, “Free” gift card, and survey sites that are most definitely scams. I didn’t really notice until recently but almost 80% of the time the registry for these sites is a certain Blotchycunner.com. They have been around for almost three years, and have well over 100 domains. Their IP geolocation is based in Germany but the registrant information says they are based in the UK. I was able to pull up some of their contact information:
