The owner of the email address has just been hacked, this is not the email address of a scammer. Here is the conversation for those who are curious lol.
I searched that email earlier and found the same name from a 2016 article about an app for Kuwait Airways to help with their rosters. So I would believe the scammer spoofed his yahoo email, since he still has access to it. His name is Waleed Khalid.
