Call only goes from Landline or cellphone

All the voip textnow , skype will give busy tone

Tried it with my cellphone and its working

Correct, they put a VoIP block on their system after they were slammed relentlessly.
That’s adorably naïve of them thinking it will make it stop

And again it wont connect with any voip number
