What a scam!
A Lender who claims to have a personal loan availability. Only to have you send eBay prepaid cards with the numbers to provide, and then ask for more and more $$$$. I was stupid enough to purchase $1500 worth of eBay cards which they deposited before I said enough. Then I was told to send another $300 to cancel (Total then would be $1800) to get back my $1500.
Speak with Patrick Wilson;
THIS IS A VERY SNEAKY SCAM.
ALSO if you get the "recording" on the start, that isn't from the bank, I've already looked into all this - he just downloaded a recording from the bank; this particular bank doesn't allow you to leave voicemails; ESPECIALLY in the loan department, unless you have physically placed in an extension. Which by calling this number you don't.
I called and explained that I spoke with his college about a personal loan that he was offering; and that I needed to talk to them more about it since I had to hang up the call because I was still at work. I told him that I am just now getting around to it. I explain that his college had an offer for me, and no I didn't get a case file number.
I had to give ALL personal (fake) information about myself.
He was abut to hang up the phone on me. Until I said, that his college asked for me to grab $1500 in eBay gift; which I would be more than happy to grab now, but still needed more information on this "loan."
Which is apparently how this scam goes is as such; you give them a gift card in an amount of money that you choose - and then they send it back to you within the day. "after your loan increases" and that is a money saver. You need this "seed money" in order for the investment to grow.
Then you get in return the amount you paid like another $1500 on top of that back "FROM EBAY THEMSELVES."
Yes this is a VERY Sneaky scam; and I had to do ALOT of social Engineering for it.
i got a answer DONT CALL ME AGAIN … lol i sent him some naughty pics … its a cell phone
