Dear Beneficiary,
It didn't come to me as a surprise that the attempted wire transfer of your funds will 'hit the brick wall' without a certified validation. Let me state that I have no reservations on how the sum of $20 Million emerged in your name as the rightful beneficiary. Unfortunately, the release of your fund was suspended as a result of the emergence of a new bank account which is not consistent with the designated account that was initially transmitted to the paying banker. Note that the introduction of the irregular bank account without the due process followed did trigger the suspicion that led to the interim deferral of your payment. Given my personal findings, I decided to inform you privately that the abrupt switching of the designated bank account was an attempt by your African partners to divert your funds.
Furthermore, I did uncover the fact that the power of attorney that accompanied the irregular bank account was carefully contrived by your same partners who claimed they were carrying out your direct orders. I am on the verge of my retirement from service and I am obligated to ensure that every withhold fund is given a final validity review before my exit from office. I have a high budget retirement plan and will be willing to assist you actualize the release of your funds if you would come straight with me on the basis of mutual benefits. If you would agree to split the $20 Million with me on 40%-60% sharing ratio, I will exercise my executive power to influence the re-validation of your payment within (7) seven working days. I am 99 percent sure of a successful outcome of this deal, let me know If you are interested.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Best Regards,
Chancellor Adebolaji-Cole.
