soooo. why did bobrtc BAN my IP? ive done nothing wrong at all pretty annoying.
the site says its banned my IP does it say that when there down for maintenance? are they pushing there sponserd VPN service by banning perfectly good users? WTF?!?! lol i looked at there site and it says all bans are permanent emailing staff is a waist of time and a banned account is garbage , thats a absolute JOKE apparently there anti spam and DDOS software is the real garbage my guess is there pushing there VPN by banning perfectly good standing account im PISSED

Sorry for the inconvenience. It’s a false ban that happened when we configured the anti ddos system that automatically bans IPs as well. We unblocked your IP now, try again now.
@sudophreak#125538 You’ve been unbanned based on your IP that you posted this from… Sorry about that, we’re under DDoS and you hit one URL like almost 20k times… probably triggered it. There’s no way for me to tell what you did or what account you are using because CloudFlare Firewall Events are not connected to accounts and we don’t store IPs with accounts… Please try again.

thanks for the response, sorry i was kinda mad. my ip is un banned now i understand what yall did and why i just got frustrated seeing that my ip was banned then looking at the site to find out if im banned too bad my account is garbage , literally the words on bobrtc so that made me kinda mad, its all better now tho much love!
@Terminal#125544 thanks for the response! thats very concerning to me that my ip hit a url that many times do you know why that could happen if it was not from me doing it? i was pretty upset but it looks like you guys have a great customer support for this and i really appreciate the response and help
