Sweepstakes scammers will always use the fee to receive your prize (processing fee, delivery fee, taxes, etc). They usually as for a One Vanilla Gift Card or Green Dot Money Pak Scratch card. Some times they will give you banking information for a wire transfer. One day, I wrote down the scammers bank information for Bank of America.
Now I am getting sweepstakes scammers that will do a direct bank transfer to my account for my prize. Great! I deal with Bank of America
