Managed to access the Admin panel, and here’s what I found.
Sadly there is some people who actually filled the form with their actual info, I will be contacting the victims ASAP and let them know and also advise them to change their CC and passwords.
At the end I deleted all the data and turned off the website, also I reported it to the host (Go daddy)
UPDATE: There was 8 victims in total, however I only managed to contact 7, as the 8th person had his number wrong, and his email wasn’t on the list 
But 2 victims where contacted by a text massage because they didn’t answer the phone, 3 were left a voice mail, 1 lovely person answered the phone and was thankful and the last guy thought that I was a scammer.

Since they have their SSN i’d recommend telling them also to go and file a fraud report / police report with local police and contacting social security office to look over their SSN as these scammers will mess with the SSN and do things such as identity theft.
