Their phone lines are so shitty, they confused my baiter identity of “Kevin Brown” with @JimBrowning11. I called back and “James” falsely claimed I called after banking hours and refused to “suppoat”
- I called back once and “Nick” asked for my name, email address. card details and account number before refusing to “suppoat,” as I don’t do online banking.
