Balwant Singh Bisht, an Indian printer chod

On September 5, 2025, our good friend Nanobaiter exposed Balwant Singh Bisht from Sarkar ki Aali Kholta, Almora, India for facilitating printer technical support scams under the guise of Hewlett-Packard. How his scam works is:

  • Balwant will generate fake “printer support” ads on Google for sites such as techifycare.com and https://printersllcsolutions.site
    • Techify Care, LLC is BBB-accredited, falsely claims to operate out of the Albany Towers in Albany, Georgia and currently lists (800) 342-4999 as a contact number, though it is out of service.
    • printersllcsolutions.site falsely claims to operate out of New York City and lists [email protected] as a contact email and (833) 783-2902 as a contact number, though it is out of service.
  • Once he receives a call, he will remotely connect to his victim’s computer through UltraViewer and falsely claim there were several “problems” with their computer, going as far as to use the warnings and errors in Event Viewer as “proof,” just to charge his victims for useless “repairs.”

Still going. Alternate number for “Paul” from “Leading Support Provider for All the HP Brands Mam, HP is the Manufacturer and We are the Support.” 813-725-2450

Paul’s favorite color is blue.

Another site advertising the same toll-free number: https://pcpackard.com/

This “company” is a frequent buyer of fake Google search ads impersonating the HP printer driver setup website:
