It appears that this number is an old customer service number for the actual DrHoNow domain. Scammers must be using this number to spoof, as it is not on the actual website anymore. However, refreshing the contact us page on the site DOES show that it’s there, but quickly changes to the most recent number.
Back brace numbers are nearly spoofs 99% of the time. Be careful with these. It’s literally one actor behind this scam so that’s why there is this much uniformity with this scam.
