Additional information about this scam: Everytime i call i get english speaking/sounding people but when i ask who they are affiliated with they hang up. Searches the web and the number brings me back here from earlier this year. Have fun callin : )
There’s still two active blocks of these in the 833 prefix totalling 196 on virtually consecutive numbers at times
they are split up into these two prefixes and region codes
(833) 312-XXXX
(833) 577-XXXX
There are also a load of the same student loan things which were present in their thousands, around about this time and towards the end of last year.
Also these same back tax negotiations things found all throughout all of the toll free zones.

I’ve logged several hundred of each of these nonsense things across every toll free prefix
They tend to pop up in concentrated clusters but generally are scattered far and wide
