Those scammers think they’re sneaky, but it looks like their IP is a dead giveaway. It resolves to 89.117.117.239, which puts them in the lovely city of Paris, France (specifically, Île-de-France region). But don’t get too excited, this might not be where the actual scammers are hiding - it could just be where their hosting provider is located (SC “Lithuanian Radio and TV Center”, yikes).
