Received this today (pic at bottom). Came as an invoice from Intuit from “AVG”. The phone number and website at the bottom of the email don’t match up to real AVG. I imagine this is another refund scam, but I haven’t called.

I am on the phone with the scammer now active 6pm EST he wanted to know the last 4 of the transaction id number which is 01FL. Allen Cooper who lives in texas he has hacked all my stuff he is doing some illegal stuff. AVG robitic server lol. Scammer wants me to open google chrome type CHELP.CARE. this site the scammer has to give u a code. I am going to type mine 43694 thats the code he gave me. Now he wants me to restart my computer for i dont know what reason. Ok now he wants me to go back to the same website new code 85909. Lol he said he cant see anything bc its robot i was like so this wont let u see my screen at all and he said no so i caught him on that one the guy is so new he was like u are doing nothing i was like i told him i followed all your commands to hit and he said u are doing nothing i was like how do u know that? I was like can you see my screen he said no its robot i was like so this is not like teamvieweror anything else he said no so i was like u say robot but its really u or someone else thats watching my computer and he said FU have a good day brother and just hung up i did not catch his name but have fun.
I called them and we talked for like maybe 30 seconds and they just hung up! I didn’t even say anything rude to them.
yeah bc he prob thinks its me calling from different numbers.
