Predatory scammers in Mexico who have instant database updates and victim profiles. They pass victims over after a series of questions to an American sounding scammer to finish off the scam, usually around $4,000 in payment plans. Very scary how well run this scam is. Definitely use BobRTC, as they attach names and cars to each phone number.

I called them and pretended to be a little kid. They tried to talk to “my parents” and got mad when I said no.
I have kept them busy with rick rolls and the trololo russian song…lol after about 50 calls they managed to block me’
I have been pestering a Phiilipines call center for weeks (707) 414-0859 claiming to be National Disability. Then I called this car warranty and worked them for a while. One of them slipped up and started doing the wrong scam and gave me the address they use for National Disability in Waltham MA. It was the same call center doing both scams.
@jwenn#134168 Holy smack! I called them up and they greeted me with a “Hello Jacob”, which was a name I used a few days ago for an auto insurance scammer I called - so I guess it was the same guys! They knew my fake name, first and last, and year and model of vehicle I had given them previously. Wow.
The closer claimed to be with "Peace of Mind Auto Care" based out of California. I did find a web site for that name and it does say they are in California:

I called 629-225-1511 and talked to a woman who won’t provide coverage for my '75 El Camino, She said it has to be an 09 or newer vehicle, and got off the phone quickly. Sounded Filipino accent.
