Auto Accident telemarketer caught - connected to chipmunk recording

I think this connects to a lot of the calls that are being reported on here. I already had the AG come up with tracing some of the calls as originating out of Pakistan via hawksnetworks.com aka thehawksmedia.com and Adrian Velo.

This section of my 620+ logged calls deals with the robocalls asking if you had been in an accident in the past 2 years. They are both live calls and IVRs.

Earlier this summer I had busted one US company who identified their website as trafficaccidents.com. After complaints were filed I received an email from Darbi Bodie of legalbrandmarketing.com. She denied much of what was happening and blamed in on a 3rd party:
“So no one from TrafficAccidents.com or other proprietary companies has made outbound calls to you. We did, however, find an inbound call transfer from an external 3rd party. That company (or possibly an affiliate) is most likely the company that initiated the call to you which then led to a transfer to us. We have permanently stopped accepting calls from them as we take DNC matters very seriously. We noticed a few odd/suspicious inbound calls starting on Monday 7/29, and by Tue 7/30 had squashed a dial-in number that looks to have matched this particular inbound line. I have provided the contact information below to the 3rd party: Brad Allen
ProMarketing Leads LLC”.

Spoke several times with Brad Allen, got heated at times. After he was told I filed an FTC complaint on him and promarketingleads.net he admitted that his source, that initially he only referred to as Adam of OutsourcePartners, was actually Adam Nour of PartnersOutsourcing ref: https://www.linkedin.com/in/adam-nour/ Winter Gardens Florida. Aka Partners Outsourcing | LinkedIn

All of my 620+ calls fits under this asshat. My guess is that he is using numerous call centers, like the ones under CallTell and Adrian Velo.

They are also very much tied to the well-known “chipmunk voice” recording, which is the sped-up voice “your call is very important to us, please stay on the line for the next available agent” recording when you call back the number on the caller ID.

Just focusing on the accident claim cold calls, I have the following calls logged. The call # refers to when this all started which is Aug 11, 2023:

Both call 576 and 622 connects to the same recording when called back. Other calls in my telemarketer log that connect back to the same “your call is very important to us” bs. This shows what they are also connected with:

I was told Adam Nour will call me on this situation. Perhaps he will this time now that I have filed a formal complaint against them. Then again, I was told he was going to call me back in July when I busted then on the MVA call connected to trafficaccidents.com…. he never did.

Now I know who they are. The next link is connecting Adam and his https://partnersoutsourcing.com/ (386)-241-7814, 482 N Pin Oak PL, Orlando, FL 32779 to the call centers we know of overseas.

I’m wondering if this is a big player in the “improper” telemarketing field? He can also been seen at Adam Nour This guy also appears to have his hands in a lot of areas - possibly including centralcapitalgroup.com and something called dam.bcapital (which is one of his Gmail addresses). This sure ties all of my calls together!

Update - (disclaimed: all suspicions here should only be considered as alleged):

Received this Skype image showing the Pakistan connection to my 600+ calls. Main call centers are still Rawalpindi & connections in Islamabad.

It’s a common name to trace but it may just be this Muhammad Arif: https://www.linkedin.com/in/muhammad-arif-26926b118/?originalSubdomain=pk
Calls Hub Solution, Rawalpindi Punjab Pakistan. “Powered by Kareemiya BPO”

His LinkedIn page showed callhubsolutions.com (dead site) which is the same as Calls Hub Solutions | LinkedIn, and the logo is the same as
Calls Hub Solution | LinkedIn with an active site at https://www.callshubsolutions.net/ “Call Hub Solutions - The House of Calls”

Part of Kareemiya BPO Kareemiya Technologies & BPO | LinkedIn

This appears to be the group associated with the Medicare scams, insurance verticals, MVA cold calls, final expense burial calls, and the chipmunk voice recording when you call some of the numbers back.

Also possibly linked to Trinity BPO and Sheraz Arif. His name and company keeps popping up on my cross-checks too. https://www.linkedin.com/in/sheraz-arif-a61019a9/

It gets more interesting:

Muhammad Arif and Sheraz Arif are buds with a guy named Kevin Brody. That name has been popping up on my telemarketer headache list for years. He’s part of the Boca Raton crowd who has been on the FTC’s paperwork for years. Brody was also referenced/referral to one of the partner sites I had posted before: thehawksmedia.com, also of Rawalpindi and Florida.

Brody runs Klover Data and his circle may be the link to those damn wireless alarm calls that allegedly went by Smart Home Solutions and is allegedly linked to Ryan Neill’s Core Home Solutions of Boca Raton. The links also shows someone named Andrew Roque, who is also connected to the Boca Raton crowd. https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrew-roque-86a846163/details/experience/ . He is part of Klover Data (Kevin Brody), Better than Logic LLC A. Roque) and Landfall Marketing Group aka Landfall Media Group (Ryan Neill). This group had been allegedly previously associated with Justin Ramsey w/ Dustin Pillonato (Data Guru LLC, Tailbone Security LLC and Prime Marketing LLC< PointBreak Media etc.) Jasjit (Jay) Gotra and some names were crossed referenced in depositions and court filings.

If this is truly accurate, then it shows connections on who was responsible for my 100+ logged wireless alarm cold calls from their IVRs that also got caught forging caller IDs. One can be heard at https://youtu.be/1yDunxyD_BU , and the alleged links to the 600+ other calls I have also logged.

After I filed complaints with the FTC and Florida AG, as well as possible six-figure PPP fraud I started getting bombarded by the Pakistan call center that appears to show referenced connections to the Boca Raton parties. I have always suspected this was a revenge tactic for exposing the infamous Smart Home Security robocalls and now I am even more concerned - especially after my evidence and deposition was used in court against their associates Ramsey and Pillanto.

I don’t use Skype so I can’t trace Muhammad Arif and match him by his profile pic.

Great info!

I have dozens of those accident claims calls and never managed to trace the culprit.

After being transferred from the Pakistan call center to the US party that hired them, they admitted on mt recorded call their website was trafficaccidents.com. A few harsh words to them got me an email from legalbrandmarketing.com who quickly blamed ProMarketing Leads LLC in Nebraska. More lawsuit comments and a filing on IC3 and the FTC had him admit his connection was “Adam at Outsource Partners” - which was actually Adam Nour (alias Adam Nour Shehadeh) of PartnersOutsourcing. https://www.linkedin.com/in/adam-nour/ He has strong ties to the Boca Raton FL call group with names very well known by the FTC… many times over.

It took me a while to connect this group to the “your call is very important to us, please stay on the line for the next available agent” sped up recorded voice that usually used the Chopin Minute Waltz and electronic hold music.

Exactly the same - I converted it to a signal wave and overlayed the patterns - it is the exact same recording that a lot of people here are familiar with. Exact.

Peerless, Sinch Onvoy, and Fractel are the main carriers who are providing them with their weapons. No surprise there.

Hell, I even have a good idea where they hide their millions. Everything is thru LLCs so when the FTC busts them they just shut down with no or little assets to go after. That’s because it’s being funneled to holdings in Texas and the islands. This group is complex, but cocky. They also appear associated with someone named Joseph Fierro aka shadowgroup.net, but that data is a few years old that I have on that.

My data on this shows direct and indirect connections and associations, some which may be considered circumstantial in the courts. I figure they are probably aware of what is posted on here anyway and since I have already filed PPP fraud reports I’m sure I’m not on their Christmas card lists anyway.

More evidence:

Today I received call #624 that used the number (314) 470-7019‬. I played along with the agent and got them to admit they were part of Calls Hub Solution but also exposed one of their other websites PRIME-PERKS.COM.

This is the same group. Calling back 314-470-7019 or their toll free number of (866) 399-4065 also plays the exact same chipmunk voice “your call is very important to us” recording, along with the Chopin Minute Waltz hold music.

I called it back 5 times, one of the times it played different electronic hold music with a few dozen other calls I had logged, Same number - all calls placed on Dec 2, 2024.

It gets better: Usually, when I would call it back it did the $100 rewards/gift card pitch, but other options also included Vivint Wireless security systems, discount flights/hotel, $100 gift card, TV channel packages, diabetic supplies, & various insurances. All this was recorded messages when I would call back and select different options.

Their address is in Lakeland FL, but that is likely a maildrop.

The carrier is IP Horizon, also of Boca Raton, FL. They actually had the balls to tell me that the 314 number was disconnected in their system as of November 30th and remains unassigned - even after I repeatedly informed them that not only did I get a call from that number on December 2nd, but that I was able to call the number back five times that same afternoon and connect to the same party who identified themselves as being with callshubsolutions.net and prime-perks.com.

Thus proving the number was very much alive and being used - otherwise I could not call them back multiple times.

IP Horizon lied to me and I feel they are covering up their associations.

Besides the illegal telemarketing campaign, Prime-perks.com also mails out postcards using the US Postal Service in their scam campaigns. There’s plenty of complaints online about this and in one of my callbacks to IP Horizon’s “unassigned” number of (314) 470-7019‬ they actually asked if I had received a card in the mail.

My call backs were recorded.

Same group - just another piece showing the connections.

Notes on IP Horizon: as shown here IP Horizon’s CEO is someone named MICHAEL HALPERIN. They operate out of the telemarketing hotbed of Boca Raton, FL but lists other locations as well.

This company falls under the entity known as HFA Holdings LLC, who is listed here along with someone named Joseph Bushbinder - also in Boca Raton. HFA Holdings shows a registered agent of InCorp Services Inc., and lists Michael Halperin and Lauren Halperin as title managers. Incorp itself is just a registered agent service.

Michael P. and/or Lauren C. Halperin also shows a bunch of active and inactive registrations. These include, but are not limited to:
Velocity VIOP LLC
TCS TELCO LLC
RAZZ INC.
VIP TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, INC.

Last year the FTC served his company HFA SERVICES with a cease and desist demand letter as seen here.

The letter goes into details on various scams and HFA’s involvement in routing and transmitting illegal robocall traffic. I have informed the two FTC attorneys listed in the C&D that the matter is still happening throughout 2024, and that I have recorded proof.

The CEO Michael Halperin’s email address is listed as [email protected], which shows the ties there. also Skyetel https://control.call48.com/#/login?redirectUrl=%2Fapp%2Fmain%2Fvisits and https://skyetel.com/.

There is also a TCPA lawsuit involving them. See ZELMA v. HALPERIN et al 2:2024cv01059 | US District Court for the District of New Jersey | Justia

It appears that not only has IP Horizon/HFA known about the matter for quite some time, but they are (allegedly) continuing to defy FTC demands - at least from what I see with the calls I have received and informed them about.

I sent IP Horizon a couple of recordings to prove their claim the number was unassigned as of 11/30 was false. I was able to call back the number they stated was not active multiple and connect to the same call center. I’m sure many people here know their recorded messages so will try and attach them here.

Wow, this is tremendous research! I really believe you have a great lawsuit. I shared names of some powerful TCPA attorneys before. Have you considered going this route? We have to hold robocallers accountable.

@Tillianne @JusticeinTexas @Jhawk @LordOfTheRings @OfclyGoodenough @drwat - see above regarding the Chipmunk Chopin!

Mostly from Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. Some times I converse in Punjabi and Urdu.

They’re on hundreds. if not thousands of numbers across all area codes every day. I smack into them all the time while doing searches for other specific things.
As I’ve stated multiple times it is impossible to log the sheer amount of fake bullshit out there every day. These nonsense tax/Medicare/health benefits, along with timeshare, pharmacy, debt collections and everything you can imagine occupying real estate around the same scams in multiple area codes.
These things are always nestled in amongst what is often the most common theme found, hundreds of thousands of these incessantly stupid Google business review listings numbers, which often are the most prevalent of all.
They make what I would estimate to be multiple millions of illegal robocalls every week on who knows how many tens/hundreds of thousands of numbers, which they constantly dump and replace with different ones weekly or monthly.

The sheer volume of fraud out there is staggering and impossible to document it all as a result.

Wow, very sorry to hear it! These scammers, cults and other fraudsters are responsible for deaths and suicides of thousands of the most vulnerable American people every year!

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) reports that approximately 47,000 suicides occur annually in the U.S. While a direct cause such as a scam isn’t easily separated out in these statistics, researchers have suggested that significant financial loss could be a contributing factor in a number of cases. I bet this number is at least a couple of thousand people or more…
